Thirrje për 2 (dy) ekspertë në projektin 'Të drejtat për komunitetet rurale'

Komunitetet e largëta rurale dhe malore në Kosovë përballen me sfida të mëdha në qasjen në informata për të drejtat e tyre ligjore dhe në kërkimin e drejtësisë. Ka disa faktorë që kontribuojnë në këtë situatë, si infrastruktura e dobët, niveli i ulët i arsimit dhe mungesa e burimeve ligjore.

Kushtetuta e Republikës së Kosovës garanton një gamë të gjerë të dispozitave për të drejtat e njeriut, por këto ligje shpesh shkelen dhe zbatimi i tyre është joadekuat. Komunitetet me nivele të ulëta arsimore zakonisht nuk janë në dijeni të burimeve ligjore në dispozicion të tyre dhe kanë më pak gjasa të kërkojnë ndihmë ligjore kur përjetojnë shkelje të të drejtave të njeriut. Aksesi i kufizuar në informacion për të drejtat e njeriut dhe drejtësinë përkeqësohet më tej nga mungesa e burimeve dhe shërbimeve ligjore, duke përfshirë mungesën e profesionistëve ligjorë dhe shërbimeve të ndihmës juridike që mund t'i udhëheqin ata përmes sistemit ligjor dhe t'i ndihmojnë ata të kuptojnë të drejtat e tyre ligjore. Si rezultat, diskriminimi, pabarazia dhe krimet e urrejtjes janë të përhapura në këto komunitete.

Andaj PIPS, si implementues i këtij projekti të mbështetur nga Community Development Fund (CDF) dhe Group for Legal and Political Studies (GLPS), bënë thirrje për 2 (dy) ekspertë. Ekspertët pritet që të:

*Zhvillojnë sesione informative, prezantime dhe konsultime mbi tema të ndryshme të të drejtave të njeriut si diskriminimi, dhuna dhe qasja në drejtësi.
*Ofrojnë këshilla dhe mbështetje për ata që kanë përjetuar një dhunë të tillë.

School of Politics 2026 (Generation 24) / Politička škola 2026 (Generacija 24)

The School of Politics 2026 – Generation 24 brings together young professionals from state institutions, political parties, civil society, media, academia and other sectors for a year of discussions, workshops and exchanges on politics, democracy, leadership and challenges in Kosovo, the region and beyond. The program aims to strengthen knowledge, critical thinking, collaboration and leadership development among participants.

This year’s program is built around five thematic modules, which address some of the most important political and social challenges in Kosovo, the region and beyond. In this document, you can get to know the group and the experiences, perspectives and energy that each one of them brings to this new generation of the School.

Škola politike 2026 – 24. generacija okuplja mlade profesionalce iz državnih institucija, političkih partija, civilnog društva, medija, akademske zajednice i drugih sektora tokom godine ispunjene diskusijama, radionicama i razmenama o politici, demokratiji, liderstvu i izazovima na Kosovu, u regionu i šire. Program ima za cilj da ojača znanje, kritičko razmišljanje, saradnju i razvoj liderstva među učesnicima.

Ovogodišnji program zasnovan je na pet tematskih modula, koji obrađuju neke od najvažnijih političkih i društvenih izazova na Kosovu, u regionu i šire. U ovom dokumentu možete upoznati grupu, kao i iskustva, perspektive i energiju koju svako od njih unosi u ovu novu generaciju Škole.

Prishtina Institute for Political Studies (PIPS) - Organisational Strategy 2025-2030

The Prishtina Institute for Political Studies (PIPS) presents its Organizational Strategy 2025–2030 at a critical moment for Kosovo’s democratic development. Amid growing political polarization, social fragmentation, and geopolitical uncertainty, the strategy reaffirms PIPS’ role as a trusted, independent platform for political education, dialogue, and leadership development.

Building on over two decades of experience and a strong alumni network of more than 700 young professionals, PIPS will focus on strengthening inclusive leadership, fostering collaboration across divides, and promoting constructive political dialogue. The strategy places particular emphasis on youth engagement, social cohesion, interparty dialogue, and evidence-based policymaking as key drivers for a democratic, peaceful, and inclusive Kosovo.

Through its flagship School of Politics, expanded alumni initiatives, and structured dialogue platforms, PIPS aims to counter polarization, support accountable governance, and contribute meaningfully to Kosovo’s European integration path over the next five years.

Policy Briefs - School of Politics 2025 (23rd Generation)

These three policy briefs, developed by the School of Politics – Generation 23, address some of Kosovo’s most pressing challenges: leveraging the EU Growth Plan as a catalyst for reforms and European integration, addressing the decline of youth political engagement beyond elections, and countering hate speech and disinformation targeting women in the digital and public sphere. Together, they provide evidence-based analysis and concrete recommendations to strengthen governance, civic participation, and gender equality.

Annual Review of Kosovo's Foreign Policy (2024-25)

The Annual Review of Kosovo's Foreign Policy (2024-25) reflects the main developments in bilateral relations, efforts for new diplomatic recognitions, advancement in Euro-Atlantic integration processes, and ongoing challenges in the dialogue with Serbia, during the reporting period 1 January 2024 to 15 March 2025.

The document provides a comprehensive overview of the actions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, including internal reforms, engagement with the diaspora and initiatives for economic and cultural diplomacy. Through the analysis of partnerships with countries in the region, Europe, the US and beyond, the report aims to provide a clear overview of Kosovo’s achievements and obstacles on the international stage during this period.
