Me qëllim rritjen e transparencës dhe fuqizimin e zyrtarëve lokalë në përputhje me Reformën e Administratës Publike, përmes anketës së fundit kemi identifikuar sfidat që qytetarët hasin në përdorimin e uebsajtit të komunës së Suharekës. Anketa gjithashtu reflekton nivelin e kënaqësisë së qytetarëve me shërbimet online dhe mënyrat se si do të preferonin të informoheshin për këto shërbime.

Meqenësë projekti synon të rrisë transparencën dhe të fuqizojë zyrtarët në përputhje me Reformën e Administratës Publike duke krijuar një manual për përdorimin e uebsajtit që adreson nevojat e qytetarëve dhe përmirëson qasjen në shërbime, përmes pyetësorit të realizuar, ne kemi arritur të identfikojmë problemet e qytetarëve në përdorimin e website-it të komunës.

Prodhuar në kuadër të projektit “WeBER 3.0” për Reformën e Administratës Publike të Ballkanit Perëndimor. WeBER zbatohet nga Think of Europe Network – TEN dhe Qendra për Kërkime në Administratën Publike – KDZ. PIPS është një nga përfituesit e WeBER 3.0 brenda Local PAR Citizen Engagement Small Grant Facility 2024/2025. WeBER 3.0 financohet nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe Agjencia Austriake e Zhvillimit - ADA. Pikëpamjet dhe opinionet e shprehura janë megjithatë vetëm ato të autorëve dhe nuk pasqyrojnë domosdoshmërisht ato të Bashkimit Evropian, ADA, TEN ose KDZ. SECOND MONITORING REPORT: ENERGY STRATEGY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KOSOVO 2022-2031 (Period 2023)

The Energy Strategy of the Republic of Kosovo was approved by the Assembly of Kosovo on March 8, 2023.

This Strategy aims to address current challenges and lay the foundations for a future energy sector that will provide security of supply, clean energy, energy efficiency and active citizen participation. The strategy includes the integration of the electricity system of Kosovo in the regional and pan-European market, with special emphasis on the use of renewable energy sources (RE) and close cooperation with the Republic of Albania.
In this context, the monitoring report serves as an essential tool, providing a comprehensive assessment of the progress of the implementation of the strategy for the year 2024 (including the years 2022 and 2023). Therefore, PIPS is continuing to monitor the strategy, and this report is the second part of the monitoring report series, covering all outstanding measures of 2022 and 2023, as well as all measures of 2024.

The report aims to assess achievements and identify challenges during these years of strategy implementation.

Vjetari i Politikës së Jashtme (2023)

Ky raport ofron një analizë të shkurtër të politikës së jashtme të Kosovës përgjatë vitit 2023, deri më 15 shkurt 2024. Qëllimi i këtij raporti është të dokumentojë të zhvillimet, sfidat dhe objektivat strategjike të Kosovës në lidhje me politiken e jashtme. Të dhënat e mbledhura përfshijnë deklaratat zyrtare të qeverisë, të dhënat e takimeve diplomatike dhe analizat e angazhimeve ndërkombëtare.

Kapitujt më detajisht flasin për marrëdhëniet bilaterale apo dypalëshe, njohjen diplomatike dhe anëtarësimin në organizatat ndërkombëtare, integrimin euroatlantik, dialogun për normalizimin e marrëdhënieve me Serbinë, si dhe performancën e MPJD-së së Kosovës gjatë vitit 2023.

Open Call for Consultancy services on Conflict Sensitivity Strategy Development Process

Consultancy Open Call:

Prishtina Institute for Political Studies (PIPS), in collaboration with PeaceNexus Foundation, is engaging in an internal strengthening process through a conflict-sensitive strategy development process. With a commitment to advancing social cohesion and nurturing the growth of open-minded and democratic leadership, PIPS is determined to align its strategic direction with the evolving political landscape of Kosovo.

To achieve this, PIPS wants to engage in a participatory process and is seeking a consultant or team of consultants that can provide facilitation, analytical, and write-up support on the following work strands:

Work strand 2: Strategy development

Expression of interest outlining your understanding of the assignment, the skills you bring to it, and your proposed methodology and related time-frame. In case you are applying as a team of consultants your methodological offer should also clarify how you will divide the work.
Financial proposal comprising detailed quotation for the assignment, showing working days and expected fee, availability as well as travel costs from a place of residence to Prishtina and back.
