Seria e diskutimeve me ekspertë dhe akademike për Dialogun Kosovë-Serbi
PIPS ka lansuar serinë e diskutimeve me ekspertë dhe akademikë për dialogun Kosovë-Serbi.

Me datat 15,16 dhe 17 Dhjetor PIPS ka organizuar tre diskutime me ekspertë dhe akademikë për të diskutuar për Asosacionin e Komunave me shumicë serbe, Drejtësinë tranzicionale dhe Politikën e Jashtme si pjesë e serisë së diskutimeve për dialogun Kosovë-Serbi.

Diskutimet u udhëhoqen nga Dr. Gëzim Visoka.

Diskutimi i parë për temën e Asociacionit të Komunave me Shumicë Serbe mblodhi:
Dr. Gëzim Krasniqi, Universiteti i Edinburghut
Dr. Kushtrim Istrefi, Universiteti i Utrechtit
Dr. Fisnik Korenica, Universiteti i Prishtinës dhe
Ognjen Gogić, OJQ Aktiv.
Disa prej pikave të elaboruara kishin të bëjnë me:
- Aspektet ligjore në lidhje me Asociacionin e Komunave me Shumicë Serbe, parë në dritë të organizimeve të pakicave në shtetet tjera;
- Aspektet politike të ndërlidhura me këtë pikë, parë në dritë të raporteve mes Kosovës dhe Serbisë;
- Rolin e BE-së në këtë proces;
- Qasja e Qeverisë ndaj këtij organizmi që nga viti 2013;
- Nevojat reale të komunitetit serb në Kosovë dhe nëse një Asiociacion i këtillë adreson ato;
- Ndikimin e themelimit të Asociacionit në idenë e Kosovës si shtet qytetar;
- Dispozitat Kushtetuese të Kosovës në raport me të drejtat që ofron për organizimin e Komuniteteve dhe nëse ato janë shterruar krejtësisht.

Në diskutimin e dytë me temën "Drejtësia tranzicionale" morrën pjesë:
-Dr. Artan Mustafa,
-Besart Lumi dhe
-Jovana Radosavljević.
Në këtë diskutim janë diskutuar personat e zhdukur dhe të pagjetur, pronat, obligimet financiare dhe pensionet e punëtorëve. Panelistët kanë ofruar ekspertizën e tyre profesionale dhe akademike, gjithashtu duke ofruar krahasime me kontekste të tjera.


Në diskutimin e tretë me temën "Politika e jashtme" morrën pjesë:
-Dr. Roland Gjoni
-Dr. Ramadan Ilazi
-Marko Savković
-Donika Emini.
Në këtë diskutim është debatuar për dialogun Kosovë-Serbi, në dritë të orientimeve gjeostrategjike të kundërta të Kosovës dhe Serbisë, duke përfshirë relacionet me fuqitë e mëdha, Bashkimin Evropian (BE), Aleancën Veriatlantike (NATO).


Rekomandimet dhe konkluzionet nga seria e diskutimeve do të publikohen në një raport së shpejti.
Ky projekt përkrahet nga Këshilli i Evropës.

On July 7, the Pristina Institute for Political Studies (PIPS) published the policy analysis "Rationalization of Independent Agencies and Regulators in Kosovo". The analysis drafted after a period of several months of research provides an overview of the current situation of public administration reform, namely the implementation of the rationalization of independent, executive and regulatory agencies.

OPEN CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR SCHOOL FOR POLITICAL STUDIES 2021

Prishtina School for Political Studies has opened the call for application for the admission of candidates for the nineteenth generation (19).

School for Political Studies is one of the first non-formal political education programs in Kosovo and the oldest program that is still active. School for Political Studies has been implemented by the Prishtina Institute for Political Studies since 2003 through the support of the Council of Europe.

The aim of the program is to promote a new political culture for young leaders in line with the three key principles of the Council of Europe: democracy, rule of law and human rights. Throughout a year 30 participants coming from political parties, media, civil society, public administration etc. have the opportunity to attend modules with lectures from eminent local and international speakers. The program is currently implemented in 22 different countries around the world and graduates are certified by the Council of Europe and the Secretary General of this organization.
