Çka është Shkolla Politike?


Shkolla Politike është një ndër programet e para të edukimit joformal politik në Kosovë e cila u themeluar me qëllim të fuqizimit të liderëve politikë, ekonomik, social dhe kulturor, me synim të krijimit të një shoqërie moderne dhe kulture demokratike. Programi është i ndërtuar mbi tre shtylla: demokracia, të drejtat e njeriut dhe sundimi i ligjit. Shkolla Politike synon të krijojë një komunitet të qëndrueshëm të liderëve të rinj dhe të motivuar duke përdorur mënyra të reja të të menduarit dhe qasje të reja ndaj politikëbërjes.


Si organizohet?


Shkolla zbatohet përmes seminareve, diskutimeve tematike dhe ligjeratave, të cilat organizohen nga muaji mars deri në nëntor brenda një viti.
Modulet janë krijuar për të inkurajuar të menduarit kritik dhe të pavarur si dhe për të rritur vlerat dhe kompetencat demokratike duke futur praktika demokratike. Programi trajton një gamë të gjerë temash, si: Shteti dhe shoqëria, Politikat Publike, Ekonomia dhe Politika, Politikat e Jashtme dhe Siguria Kombëtare, si dhe Partitë Politike dhe Komunikimi Politik, ndër të tjerash. Këto seminare ndihmojnë në trajnimin e gjeneratave të ardhshme të liderëve politik, ekonomikë dhe kulturorë të Kosovës.Programi akademik zgjat nga muaji mars deri në nëntor të një viti të caktuar.


Sa pjesëmarrës?


Çdo vit Shkolla rekruton deri më 30 pjesëmarrës të cilët përzgjedhën në bazë të aftësive të tyre profesionale, duke marrë në konsideratë edhe faktorë të tjerë relevantë politik, social, etnik, gjinor, dhe gjeografik.


Çka përfitoni nga Shkolla Politike?


Shkolla me një numër prej rreth 700 alumnive, ofron një rrjet të gjerë të promovimit të kulturës demokratike. Pjesëmarrësit e Shkollës Politike përfitojnë nga programi njohuri të thella rreth temave lartëpërmendura politike nga ligjerues prominent vendore dhe ndërkombëtar. Përmes Shkollës, pjesëmarrësit rrisin aftësitë në nxitjen dhe promovimin e demokracisë, të respektimit të ligjit dhe të të drejtave të njeriut. Ndër të tjerash, Programi i Shkollës Politike është një burim i shkëlqyer i rrjetizimit, me shkëmbim idesh dhe perspektivash të reja. Duke konsideruar se një pjesë e konsiderueshme e elitës politike në Kosovë kanë kaluar përmes Shkollës Politike, rrjetizimi qe ofron ky program ju ndihmon në shkëmbimin e ideve me njerëz në të gjitha nivelet profesionale. Për më tepër, pjesëmarrësit e Shkollës Politike përfitojnë nga pjesëmarrja në Forumin Botëror për Demokraci në Strasburg, si dhe çertifikimin nga Këshilli i Evropës.

OPEN CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR SCHOOL FOR POLITICAL STUDIES 2021

Prishtina School for Political Studies has opened the call for application for the admission of candidates for the nineteenth generation (19).

School for Political Studies is one of the first non-formal political education programs in Kosovo and the oldest program that is still active. School for Political Studies has been implemented by the Prishtina Institute for Political Studies since 2003 through the support of the Council of Europe.

The aim of the program is to promote a new political culture for young leaders in line with the three key principles of the Council of Europe: democracy, rule of law and human rights. Throughout a year 30 participants coming from political parties, media, civil society, public administration etc. have the opportunity to attend modules with lectures from eminent local and international speakers. The program is currently implemented in 22 different countries around the world and graduates are certified by the Council of Europe and the Secretary General of this organization.
