Third Meeting of the Platform for Multi-Party Dialogue in Kosovo

Prishtina Institute for Political Studies – PIPS, with the support of Demo Finland, organized the third meeting of the Forum for Multi-Party Dialogue on July 29. This meeting was attended by representatives of youth forums of political parties, who had the opportunity to discuss the topic "Why and how does political culture matter?" with Mr. Butrint Berisha.

The meeting began with a short presentation on political culture, which combined the theoretical framework with personal experiences, encouraging participants to reflect on their role within political structures and values. Young people from political parties, during the TimeOut Dialogue, showed a willingness for critical reflection and recognized that while structural reform is necessary, real change also depends on transforming the norms, expectations, and behaviors that make up political life and culture. There was a shared understanding that political culture is not static, it changes with each generation and that young people have a key role in building a more democratic, inclusive, and participatory future.

A special thanks to Demo Finland for their continued support.
