THIRRJE PËR APLIKIME PËR PUNË PRAKTIKE NË PIPS

PIPS ka hapur thirrjen për aplikime për praktikantë/e me pagesë. Puna praktike është part-time (20 orë në javë) për 2 muaj (me pajtimin e dy palëve mund të zgjatet).

Praktikantët do të angazhohen në:
​- Organizimin dhe pjesëmarrjen në aktivitete që zhvillohen në kuadër të programeve të PIPS
- Asistencë në hulumtim dhe shpërndarjen e informacionit dhe publikimeve të prodhuara nga organizata
- Mbarëvajtjen e punëve administrative të zyrës

Afati i fundit për aplikim është 21 Shkurt 2021.

PIPS ka lansuar serinë e diskutimeve me ekspertë dhe akademikë për dialogun Kosovë-Serbi.

Me datat 15,16 dhe 17 Dhjetor PIPS ka organizuar tre diskutime me ekspertë dhe akademikë për të diskutuar për Asosacionin e Komunave me shumicë serbe, Drejtësinë tranzicionale dhe Politikën e Jashtme si pjesë e serisë së diskutimeve për dialogun Kosovë-Serbi.

Closing event of the Program for journalists in the field of energy and environment and awarding of prizes for the best articles

On December 1, PIPS concluded its one-year commitment as part of the Program for Journalists in the fields of Energy and Environment.

As part of this program, PIPS through the support of GIZ, during this year has held a seminar on energy and sustainable environmental planning, a workshop on environmental reporting and has organized a competition for the best articles on energy and environmental issues.

OPEN CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR SCHOOL FOR POLITICAL STUDIES 2021

Prishtina School for Political Studies has opened the call for application for the admission of candidates for the nineteenth generation (19).

School for Political Studies is one of the first non-formal political education programs in Kosovo and the oldest program that is still active. School for Political Studies has been implemented by the Prishtina Institute for Political Studies since 2003 through the support of the Council of Europe.

The aim of the program is to promote a new political culture for young leaders in line with the three key principles of the Council of Europe: democracy, rule of law and human rights. Throughout a year 30 participants coming from political parties, media, civil society, public administration etc. have the opportunity to attend modules with lectures from eminent local and international speakers. The program is currently implemented in 22 different countries around the world and graduates are certified by the Council of Europe and the Secretary General of this organization.

Environmental journalists meet with the Green Caucus of Kosovar MPs

On November 27, journalists participating in the PIPS Program for journalists in energy and environment met with the Group Caucus of MPs.

Journalists had the opportunity to get informed about the short-term and long-term objectives of the group and their commitment to environmental protection, and its prioritization on the national agenda.

Furthermore, the discussion covered the issue of hydropower plants and the energy situation in the country, the orientation of development policies towards sustainability and raising awareness regarding Kosovar media coverage of environmental issues.

The roundtable ‘Prospects of Kosovo membership to Council of Europe’ was held today. The goal of this roundtable was discussing the Kosovo membership to Council of Europe. Present in the roundtable were: Kosovo President Atifete Jahjaga, ex Foreign Affairs Minister Enver Hoxhaj, Human Rights Expert Gjylieta Mushkolaj and Fisnik Korenica Expert of law.

On 14 March 2019, Pristina Institute for Political Studies (PIPS), Group for Legal and Political Studies (GLPS) and GAP Institute have held a round-table discussion on "Implementation of the European Reform Agenda (ERA)" and expectations for ERA 2". Our panelists were Dhurata Hoxha - Minister of European Integration, Nataliya Apostolova - Head of EU Office in Kosovo and Gerrie Willems - Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Kosovo.
