PIPS participated in the 2nd South-East Europe Parliamentary Forum on Energy Efficiency and Climate, held on 27 November in Skopje, organized by GIZ Open Regional Fund for South-East Europe - Energy Efficiency. MPs and representatives of civil society from 6 countries of the region participated in the Forum.

In the final of World Forum for Democracy, participants from Prishtina School for Political Studies were certified by the Council of Europe, upon successfully completing the program.

On 26th of October Pristina Institute for Political Studies published "The Annual Review of Kosovo’s Foreign Affairs", which is drafted for the first time by Prishtina Institute for Political Studies. The annual report drafted by PIPS discusses all important aspects of Kosovo’s foreign policy and state recognition, including bilateral and multilateral recognition, EU integration and normalization of relations with Serbia in 2018.

Pristina Institute for Political Studies organized the roundtable where the policy-paper "Law on Foreign Policy of the Republic of Kosovo and its implementation" was published. The panel of the roundtable consisted of: Valdet Sadiku (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and Fitore Pacolli (Committee for Foreign Affairs, Diaspora and Strategic Investment). Butrint Berisha from PIPS presented the key findings of the report.

Prishtina Institute for Political Studies and Group for Legal and Political Studies organized the roundtable discussion “Lost in negotiations: Discussing the principles that help Kosovo prevent potential attempts to redefine its unique constitutional traits”.
